Meet Lance

Hey! I'm Lance, born and raised in North Carolina and I've lived all over our beautiful state at some point in my life. I called Winston-Salem and the Triad home now, but I grew up in northeastern North Carolina where land is flat and people are great (matter of fact, we have great people all over this state). The best part about my life is my family (pictured here). My kids are Kynlee (14), Avett (12), and Oliver (3), and my beautiful wife on the very left is Courtney. The people in this photo are why I work hard in real estate -- to provide for the ones I love!

I've been involved in the real estate industry for years now -- and am a licensed realtor/agent with Adams Carolinas Realty, owned and operated by a former, longtime Berkshire Hathaway broker who has tremendous respect for her knowledge and expertise throughout the community. I take great pride in my ability to communicate with and serve my clients in the best way possible, and I love representing both buyers and sellers with the utmost care and diligence to help them reach their goals.

We love any and all sports - the Carolina Hurricanes, Carolina Panthers, NC State Wolfpack, Wake Forest Demon Deacons, and App State Mountaineers (my wife is an App State grad). Having grown up in northeastern NC -- we got two baseball teams on television when I was a kid: the Atlanta Braves and Baltimore Orioles. I became an Orioles fan as a child and the rest is history -- GO O'S!

On Monday nights, I play basketball at a local church and try to keep fit enough to run after my kids everywhere they go...it has helped the energy levels, trust me! I love to write, read, and enjoy family time -- but when I am working, I am working hard for my clients. I offer tremendous value, and expertise in marketing many realtors do not possess -- and I will work hard for you.
